Delete your account and data
Use the form above and choose "Delete my account & data", sending from the email you signed up with. We will verify your identity and delete your account, events, audio, transcripts and documents within 30 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered. To delete only some data while keeping your account, choose the same topic and list the events, recordings, transcripts, summaries, tasks or documents to remove in your message. After identity verification, we will delete the specified items within 30 days and retain your account and any other data you did not request to delete.

Does it work on mobile?
Yes — there is an iPhone app that keeps recording with the screen locked, and the web app works in mobile browsers.
Is my data safe?
Files are stored in DigitalOcean Spaces in Singapore and notes on our service servers and are visible only to you or members of your organization. See our Privacy Policy.
How long can a file be?
Up to 4 GB per file. A one-hour recording takes about 10–20 minutes to process; you can close the page while it runs.
