What counts toward storage?
Audio you record or upload (including the playback copy we create) and every document in your account or organization.
What happens when storage is full?
All existing data stays and remains searchable, but new recordings and uploads are paused until you delete files or upgrade.
How do I change plans?
Contact us from the Support page and we will update your plan and storage within one business day.
Does other content expire with the recording?
Only the recording expires under your plan. Transcript, Summary and Action items remain for the lifetime of the account. Enterprise recording retention is configurable.
